Purpose
The City of Callaway's Comprehensive Plan 2025 (PDF) was adopted in 2009 and has been developed to:
- Encourage a stable and enduring economic base
- Preserve the natural, cultural, and historic assets of Callaway
- Promote sustainable development
- Provide a strong, safe, and healthy environment for the city's residents
