1. Do I need a permit?

Contact our office or call one of our staff at (850) 874-9347 with a description of the work you plan to do and we will advise you of permit requirements.

2. When are inspections performed?

Inspections are performed every day as needed. Inspections before 6:00 am or after 5:00 pm on week days or inspections on weekends may require additional fees. Inspections requested before 8:00 am Monday through Friday will be performed that day.

3. Can I do the work myself?

Yes, within the bounds of Florida statutes. The statutes state that it must be for your own use and occupancy, and you cannot sell, lease, or rent for a year. You will still need a permit.
