NOTICE: If you have a home in the City of Callaway that was destroyed or damaged due to Hurricane Michael and you have vacated your home and have moved from the property, please make sure to CLOSE your account and provide us with a forwarding address, so we can send you the deposit refund. You will continue to be charged if you do not do so!
UPDATE: The City of Callaway has not charged flat rates since the September 2018 billing. As of January 1, 2019 flat rates were reinstated and are reflected on your current bill. Please note that the current bill is due March 15th and late fee penalties WILL be applied to any outstanding balance due on March 16th. A disconnect fee of $25 will be applied to accounts with outstanding balances after March 25th and water will be shut off if bills are not paid on time. Please do not wait till the last day to address any concerns you have concerning you bill.
