Update - The bill you receive in the mail is for the usage for the month of September only. The next bill you receive will be for usage for the months of October & November combined. The base rates for these months have been waived due to lack of accessibility to water service. Any high usage amounts will be adjusted to the 12 month average. There will be no late fees or disconnects issued at this time. City of Callaway will continue to accept payments at City Hall in the "Utility Department" modular. Payments can be made by check or money order ONLY.
