Monthly Base Rates
The following are monthly charges independent of usage:
- Water: $11.37
- Sewer: $30.69
- Stormwater: $1.00
- Solid Waste: $9.97
- City Water Franchise Fee: 10% of water bill
There is also an additional charge of 25% for residents living outside the city limits.
Usage Rate
In addition to the base rates, you are charged:
- Sewer per 1,000 gallons: $4.97
- Sewer usage is based upon water usage
- Water per 1,000 gallons: $4.87
